At Optimum Volleyball, our specialty is in training athletes of all ages to play Reverse 4's and Reverse 2's volleyball - the best co-ed volleyball style in Vancouver. The net is at women’s height to allow women to hit the way they love to. Men leap in to attack from behind the 3-metre line. The result? A true co-ed sport that is fun and challenging for both men and women.
This summer, Travis has taken up an opportunity to coach beach doubles teams with support and guidance from ex-national and pro-beach players who now coach here in Vancouver.
